Program Description

Paleontology reconstructs the history of life from fossils, tracing how organisms evolved, spread and disappeared across vast stretches of geological time. The work combines fieldwork and specimen preparation with anatomy, geology and statistical analysis. Graduates often go into museum and collections work, geological surveying, science communication or academic research.
