We do not guarantee that our AI recommendations will result in admission to any particular university. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nara Abroad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the six months preceding the claim. You acknowledge that university admissions decisions are made solely by the universities themselves, and Nara Abroad has no control over these decisions.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: • Providing false or misleading information in your profile or applications • Impersonating another person or entity • Uploading fraudulent or forged documents • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfering with or disrupting the platform's operation • Using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or our staff • Collecting or harvesting data from the platform without permission • Creating multiple accounts to abuse our free trial or promotional offers • Submitting applications on behalf of others without proper authorization Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and may be reported to relevant authorities.
