Program Description

Mechanics is the study of forces, motion and equilibrium: how bodies move, deform and interact, from particles and rigid structures to fluids and vibrating systems. The approach is mathematical, built on modelling, calculation and experiment. Graduates go into engineering design and analysis, research, physics-related work and technical roles across industry.
