Program Description

Nutrition studies what food does in the body: how nutrients are absorbed and used, how diet relates to health and disease, and how eating habits are shaped by culture, income and availability. It mixes biochemistry and physiology with public health. Graduates often work in health services, the food industry, research and community nutrition programmes.
