Program Description

Instrumentation engineering is concerned with the devices that measure and control physical quantities such as pressure, temperature, flow and position in industrial systems. Students study sensors, signal conditioning, control loops, calibration and automation. Graduates often work in process industries, energy, manufacturing, testing laboratories and roles that keep automated plant running accurately and safely.
