MS Applied Atmospheric Science

Program Description

Atmospheric chemistry investigates what the air is made of and how its components react — pollutants, aerosols, ozone and greenhouse gases, and the processes that create and remove them. Measurement, laboratory experiment and computer modelling are the core methods. Graduates often work in air-quality monitoring, environmental consultancy, climate research or policy analysis.
