Program Description

How thermal energy moves by conduction, convection and radiation sits at the centre of this field, along with how that movement is calculated and controlled in design. Students work through mathematics, fluid behaviour, experiment and the simulation of thermal systems. Graduates often work in energy, process and building services engineering, electronics cooling and design roles.
