Program Description

Historic preservation is concerned with keeping buildings, places and landscapes of the past in use and in good repair: surveying condition, understanding traditional materials, documenting significance and weighing change against conservation. Law, planning and adaptive reuse feature strongly. Graduates often work in conservation practice, heritage organisations, planning and museums.
