Program Description

Linguistics is the scientific study of language: how sounds, words, grammar and meaning are structured, how languages change, and how people acquire and use them. Evidence and analysis matter more than prescriptive rules. Graduates often work in language technology, speech and language services, teaching, translation, publishing, research and user experience.
