Program Description

Food engineering applies process engineering to what we eat: heating, cooling, drying, separation, packaging and the design of production lines that keep food safe and consistent at scale. Chemistry, microbiology and plant design all feature. Graduates often work in food and drink manufacturing, equipment design, quality assurance and product development.
