Program Description

Palaeogeography reconstructs what the surface of the planet looked like in earlier eras — where oceans, coastlines, mountains, and climates once lay, and how they shifted over geological time. Evidence comes from rock records, fossils, and modelling. Graduates often work in geological research, resource exploration, environmental consultancy, museums, and teaching.
