Program Description

Combining materials and processes in the same piece — paint, print, collage, found objects, textiles, photography and digital elements — is what defines mixed media. Studio practice, experimentation and critique carry most of the learning. Graduates often develop their own artistic practice or work in galleries, arts education, craft and design-related fields.
