Program Description

Cultural studies treats everyday culture — music, television, fashion, advertising, online life — as something worth analysing seriously, and asks how meaning and power circulate through it. Theory, history and close analysis of media texts are the tools. Graduates often work in media, marketing, publishing, research, education and the arts.
