Program Description

This field combines the study of how the body performs physical activity with the organisation of sport, exercise and leisure programmes. Topics range from movement, fitness and training principles to programme design and community participation. Graduates often work in coaching, fitness instruction, recreation services, wellbeing programmes and school or community sport.
