Program Description

Dentistry is the clinical study of the teeth, gums and mouth — how they develop, what goes wrong, and how conditions are diagnosed, prevented and treated. Anatomy, materials and clinical technique are studied together, with a strong emphasis on precise manual work. Graduates often work in dental practice, hospital services, research and public health.
