Program Description

Food service management is about running places that feed people: restaurants, catering operations, canteens and institutional kitchens. Study covers menu and cost control, purchasing, food safety and hygiene, staffing and customer experience, with an emphasis on operations under pressure. Graduates often move into restaurant and catering management, hospitality operations, procurement or their own businesses.
