Program Description

Archaeology reconstructs the past from what people left behind: settlements, tools, bones, seeds and buried structures. Excavation and survey are combined with laboratory dating and analysis to interpret how communities lived and changed. Graduates often work in field archaeology, heritage management, museums, planning consultancy and research.
