Program Description

Respiratory medicine concerns the lungs and breathing: how airways and gas exchange work, and how conditions such as asthma, infection, obstructive disease and sleep-related disorders are investigated and managed. Study links physiology, imaging, pharmacology and patient assessment. It is taken up by those building careers in clinical practice, teaching and research.
