Master of Music (Musicology)

Program Description

Musicology is the scholarly study of music: its histories, styles, sources and social meanings, and the close analysis of how pieces are put together. Research draws on archives, manuscripts, recordings and critical theory. Graduates often go into teaching, publishing, broadcasting, arts administration, library and archive work, and further research.
