BA (Hons) English (with placement year)

Program Description

English studies covers the literature written in English and the workings of the language itself — how texts are built, how meaning shifts, how writing responds to its moment. Close reading, argument and clear writing are the core skills. Graduates often enter publishing, teaching, media, communications, marketing and law.
