Program Description

Leisure studies examines what people do with their free time — sport, tourism, culture and play — and why it matters socially, economically and for wellbeing. Alongside that sits the practical side: how leisure services are planned, funded, managed and made accessible. Graduates often work in sport and recreation, tourism, culture and events, and community services.
