Diploma of Hospitality Management
Hospitality management is about running places where people stay, eat and gather: hotels, restaurants, resorts and catering operations. It covers service quality, revenue and cost control, staffing, and the guest experience from booking to departure. Graduates often move into hotel and restaurant operations, revenue management, events and food service.
Diploma of Community Services
