Program Description

Landforms, rivers, glaciers, soils, climate and ecosystems are the subject matter of physical geography, which looks at how natural systems shape the planet's surface and change over time. Fieldwork, mapping, remote sensing and data analysis run through it. Graduates often move into environmental consultancy, hazard and water management, conservation, geospatial work or research.
