Program Description

Geophysics uses physics to see inside the Earth. Seismic waves, gravity, magnetic and electrical measurements reveal what lies beneath the surface, from rock structures and groundwater to earthquake sources and the planet's deep interior. Graduates often work in energy and mineral exploration, hazard monitoring, environmental surveying or research.
